Does this drama have a Happy Ending?

Yes

Notes

This is one of these dramas whre it is hard to believe that there is a happy ending while you watch. But it’s there, promise.
But as a medical drama there is a lot of detail in shape of surgeries, including blood and organs. There is also some shooting and a lot of blood outside of surgery rooms and questionable medical practices, especially on the North Korean side. So be aware of that.
