Alright… there are a few things I want to say without going on a rant. This drama is good, I really enjoyed it. I loved the depths, the goofy parts, the tension, the story and even the fantasy elements. Some parts of the drama hit very close to home which made this even more meaningful to me.
And then there is the one thing I have mentioned in other dramas before. The big girl gets the guy, all is great, but we never see much of them together, or a kiss. For a change we at least get a hug and hand holding. But I really wish we’d see a full onlove story including the ‘action’ between the main leads when one of them is a bigger person. Would have loved to see more interaction between them, since they ARE the ones that end up together after all.
Other than that it’s good. There are some suicide and verbal abuse things that could be a trigger. They are not very long and don’t happen very often, and can be skipped. They are important to the story but are also mentioned later on so you don’t have to *watch* these parts.

I agree. I wish they took the Sky Castle approach about not giving an eff about the damn rating. Like actually have maybe the main character in the poster, not her younger self! Because it was so misleading. I started watching it, and just looking the poster, I thought it’d be another run of the mill drama where the girl loses weight, and gets with the guy.
Imma be honest, I don’t really watch kdramas. I maybe watch at most 1 kdrama a year. So it was good to finally see a lead who was healthy, like actually ate. I have a friend who’s from Korea and he honestly doesn’t watch kdramas, especially not in the romcom, as they’re just pure fantasy, pure fiction, to him.
I did enjoy this. I ended up skipping over the love triangle, because I didn’t care. It’s nice to actually see representation.
