So Not Worth It

A story about the love and friendships of students who reside at an international university dormitory.

Se-Wan (Park Se-Wan) is a teaching assistant and she is in charge of managing the international students at the dormitory. She has a bright personality. Students residing at the dormitory include Jamie (Shin Hyun-Seung), who is a U.S. citizen. Sam (Choi Young-Jae) is a Korean-Australian. His father is the chairman of a ttokbokki restaurant chain. Minnie (Minnie) is a Thai citizen. She loves to watch Korean drama series. Hyun-Min (Han Hyun-Min) is a Korean student and, thus, not eligible to stay at the international dormitory. Because of his exhausting commutes to school, he wishes to stay at the dormitory.

Korean Name: 내일 지구가 망해버렸으면 좋겠어
Episodes: 12

Does this drama have a Happy Ending?

Notes

If there is one thing I don’t like it’s laugh tracks. They distract me and make me feel like I am supposed to laugh at stuff that I may not find funny. That is what happened here. So if you don’t like laugh tracks, know there is one here.

Overall though it is interesting to see so many foreigners in Korean College living together with their differences in cultures and backgrounds, ways to have been raised and who are willing to learn, adjust and make things work.

The ending is a happy one because the couple gets together and stays together and the issues shown are mostly resolved, but it also feels like an abrupt ending and I was a little confused about the ending happening because it felt like something was missing. So it leans towards an open end.
