She is aware that his father was murdered and his brother disappeared under mysterious circumstances involving a criminal named Lee Joon Young — whom they both want found and incarcerated. Does this drama have a Happy Ending?

Notes

Maybe I need another icon for either happy nor sad. Well this drama would fall under it so I use the new “I don’t know” icon. Now why is that the case?

There are two elements that count as happy ending. The couple gets together and someone we are to believe died did not die after all and decides to do the right thing. Yay. But… the big bad guy, the one the mains and the team have been hunting all their lives is still free, unpunished and out there. In the very last scene we saw him walk by the pair and they do… nothing. They just turn and look after him like he isn’t that serial killer who belongs behind bars.

What kind of ending is that? Just a promise to keep hunting him. Well he was right there!

Anywho, the ‘happy’ elements are more but the thing thta drives them all through the whole show has not been resolved. So yeah that was anticlimactic.

Obligatory trigger warning: Serial killer show so there are dead people, violence and blood.
